From justifying projects via business cases, through planning, scheduling, risk analysis, resourcing, monitoring, and reporting progress, there is a lot that needs to be achieved.

Sometimes I look at a project management process or project management method. This provides opportunities to learn about new tools, methods, and to compare how I describe them with your own company practices. I often link out to other websites to support this such as the Association for Project Management (APM).
