The New Hangar Project Management Simulation
The New Hangar Project Management Simulation is a paper based classroom activity that can be delivered in around 2 hours. It helps teach and embed the concepts of Project Management using experiential learning.
Why Use Project Management Simulations?
The New Hangar simulation is a classroom based Project Management simulation that can take up to 2 hours to complete. Project Management is a complex and dynamic subject. It cannot be taught solely by classroom lectures, books, or case studies. Teaching Project Management theory is easy, but no two projects are the same. Project Management Simulations are required for students to learn through experience, and to help Project Teams get to know each other.

The simulation is designed for Project Management students. It can also be used for Project Team members who may be learning about project management. Alternatively it is useful on a team-building course. The simulation takes 90 minutes to 2 hours, and includes full information about feedback and learning points.
