Why Use Project Management Simulations?
The Garden Party Project simulation is a paper-based/classroom Project Management simulation that can take as little as 30 minutes to complete. Project Management is a complex and dynamic subject. It cannot be taught solely by classroom lectures, books, or case studies. Teaching Project Management theory is easy, but no two projects are the same. Project Management Simulations are required for students to learn through experience.

Experiential Learning is Learning by Doing. The Garden Party Project tests the ability of people to share information, work as a team, and break down a (relatively simple) project into its relevant constituent parts as they work towards a solution.
